Use an Email Campaign, not an Advanced Flow. A campaign is built against a member segment up front — target everyone with a label like #Acquisition, see exactly how many emails will go out, and control the send timing. Add a stop condition so the campaign pauses for anyone who upgrades to paid mid-sequence.To stop your standard welcome flow from also firing on these members, see Skipping Welcome Emails.Test the campaign first. Run it against a small test segment, then check the Activity Log to confirm the right members got the right emails.
Use an Advanced Flow triggered by a label. Apply a label that identifies the source — something like #Acquisition_Homepage or #Partner_Site — to every signup from that source, and build a flow that fires when that label is added.
