Upgrading from Space Station to Voyager or Luna adds the Tip Jar, gift subscriptions, group subscriptions, and the Theme Connect Wizard. Plan upgrades are handled by the Outpost team.

How to upgrade

Request an upgrade

Click any upgrade prompt in your Outpost dashboard — they appear next to features that are gated by tier. This opens the Request Upgrade page, where you can submit the request to the Outpost team. You can also email support@outpost.pub directly.

Outpost processes your upgrade

The Outpost team reviews your request and changes your plan. You’ll receive confirmation once it’s done.

Run the Theme Connect Wizard (Voyager and Luna)

Voyager and Luna sign-ups run through the Theme Connect Wizard during onboarding. If you’re upgrading from Space Station, open Labs → Theme Connect Wizard to upload your Ghost theme.
Plan upgrades aren’t self-service — the Outpost team processes them so your account is configured correctly.

After upgrading to Voyager or Luna

Once your plan is upgraded, run the Theme Connect Wizard so in-post features (CTAs, tip jar, gift subscriptions, events, and Contextly recommendations on Luna) render correctly. Open Labs → Theme Connect Wizard in your dashboard and follow the steps there.
If a theme update removes or overwrites the Outpost integration files, run the Theme Connect Wizard again. Most routine theme updates won’t affect the connection.
