What each view is for
- Outpost Dashboard — live overview of member growth and donations, located under Reports & Activity → Outpost Dashboard in the sidebar. The dashboard itself is a focused chart-and-summary view; deeper autoresponder and conversion metrics live in the report email.
- Plausible Dashboard — privacy-friendly site traffic, embedded from your Plausible integration.
- CTA Dashboard — CTA-by-CTA conversion analytics, top-performing slots, and traffic source breakdowns.
- Activity Log — searchable, chronological feed of every member and system event. Updates in near real-time.
- Report Emails — daily and weekly summary emails covering data not on the live dashboards (e.g., per-action autoresponder performance, gated PDF stats, retention funnel metrics).
Event tracking
Outpost tracks a wide range of member and checkout events that power the dashboards above:- Member events — signups, upgrades (free to monthly, free to annual, monthly to annual), renewals, cancellations, resubscriptions, complimentary subscriptions, and member deletions
- Checkout events — promotion starts and completions, donation starts and completions
- CTA events — views, clicks, and conversions across all CTA types
Data freshness

Where do I find member growth data?
Go to Reports & Activity → Outpost Dashboard in the left sidebar. The member growth chart shows your audience size over time. Use the dropdown filters to narrow by time period, member type, or subscription status.

The Plausible Dashboard embeds your Plausible analytics directly in Outpost. You need the Plausible integration enabled first.
How do I track CTA performance?

The CTA Dashboard shows conversion rates, top-performing slots, and traffic sources for all your CTAs.

Yes. Add email addresses on the Report Recipients page. You’ll receive a daily summary email and a Monday weekly summary. You can also configure instant Notifications for specific events like new paid subscribers or donations.

Why does the Outpost Dashboard show stale data after I change a filter?
Dashboard data is cached for up to 10 minutes to keep pages fast. Click the Refresh button after changing filters. If data still looks outdated, wait a few minutes and refresh again.
Why don't I see a Donations section on the dashboard?
Why don't I see a Donations section on the dashboard?
The Donations section only appears when you have the Tip Jar enabled and at least one donation has been received during the selected time period. Check that the time period filter is set wide enough.
Where do I see autoresponder performance?
Where do I see autoresponder performance?
Per-email autoresponder stats (sends, opens, conversions) appear in the daily and weekly Report Emails, not on the live Outpost Dashboard.
