ConvertFlow is a conversion optimization platform for building forms, surveys, and CTAs. Outpost’s ConvertFlow integration captures form submission data and creates or updates Outpost member records.

How it works

When a visitor submits a ConvertFlow form:
  1. ConvertFlow notifies Outpost with the submission data
  2. Outpost creates a new member or updates the existing one with the submitted fields
  3. Optionally, Outpost applies a label and triggers an email flow

Setup

  1. In ConvertFlow, go to Integrations → Webhooks and create a new webhook
  2. Set the webhook URL to your Outpost ConvertFlow endpoint (found in Settings → Integrations → ConvertFlow → Webhook URL)
  3. Map ConvertFlow form fields to Outpost member fields:
    • Email → Member email (required)
    • First name → First name
    • Last name → Last name

Label on submission

Configure Outpost to automatically apply a label when a ConvertFlow form is submitted. This lets you:
  • Trigger a welcome email flow for new leads
  • Segment members by which ConvertFlow form they filled out
  • Track form source in Outpost analytics

Multiple forms

You can connect multiple ConvertFlow forms to Outpost, each with different label assignments. Add a separate webhook in ConvertFlow for each form you want to track, and configure different labels per form in Outpost’s settings.
